We charge an initial setup fee to configure and integrate the N-Play Offer Management platform with your organization’s existing REO property search site. Once initially configured, N-Play REO service will work with any of your REO properties. These links may be provided to your listing agents for inclusion in their own real estate marketing websites and email communications at no additional charge.  We will also provide WEBEX training for up to five administrators and ongoing customer support.

The rate for providing N-Play REO service is based on a monthly listing fee plus a success fee for each acceptable offer delivered. Listings can be added or deleted at will. 

There is no charge to use N-Play REO by third parties including buyer, broker, listing or buyer agent. N-Play REO bills on a monthly basis based on active and enabled listings for the previous month.
