N-Play REO provides an intermediary negotiating platform to facilitate pre and nonbinding negotiations between any buyer and any seller of real estate.

Negotiations arrived through the platform by the buyer and seller that result in a non binding Memorandum of Understanding which are later reduced to binding purchase agreements are done so strictly outside the service offerings of N-Play REO and should be conducted with appropriate representation and counsel.  

N-Play REO service complies with all local, state and federal regulations as well as the National Association of Realtor’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.  N-Play REO service, as provided, is not subject to Disclosure laws or the Federal Fair Housing Act.
