Listing Agent and Broker

Based on the permission levels set by administrative personnel for each property, the REO organization’s listing agents and brokers will have secure login access to monitor and manage the property detail information and offer activities for each listing under their account.  Upon the creation of a listing agent account on the Offer Management platform, a secure email is sent to the agent with instructions, links, and temporary password to access and manage their account.

Account management by the listing agent is optional (to update contact agent/property information and to view/manage offers) and not required for N-play REO to be fully functional.

Buyer Console

Buyer Agents are permitted login access to the Offer Management System for activating and managing their client buyer offers.  Buyer Agents are notified via email of a pending offer to be activated and are provided instructions and links to access the N-Play REO platform.
